14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.


Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, thongs, or any intimate apparel that has been worn or tried on. Additionally, we do not accept returns on items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
