REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ScoopyWear! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options.


  1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 4 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. 


  1. Non-eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Panties, thongs, or other intimate wear that has been worn or tried on (for hygiene reasons).

- Items marked as final sale.

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

  1. Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Scoopywear.com@gmail.com or drop a WhatsApp text at +918238333981 with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.


  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


  1. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.


  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.


  1. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, we can provide you with store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
